Tom Trifaux, Owner 

Tom Trifaux, founder of inveniam.ca, is a leadership advocate and 30-year veteran of organizational effectiveness.  Tom brings a passion for leadership excellence and empathy for the people working as leaders in today’s challenging workspace.  Tom will translate and coordinate program design specifics and will serve as a collaborating SME in the areas of teamwork, people productivity, and emotional intelligence. A trusted leadership advisor and certified coach, Tom will also participate with the other SMEs, in one-to-one leadership instruction and learning support.

Meagan Trifaux, Partner 

Meagan is a certified professional business coach and workplace practitioner. She specializes in creating and managing customized leadership programs.

 

She works with clients from start to finish to deliver a tailored transformative leadership experience.
